State of EM Training at the UW, part II

Join us April 10th for a special discussion of the past, present, and future of EM training here at the UW! As you know, there currently is no EM residency program here in Seattle, but recent developments have been encouraging! This meeting will have two components:

1. A presentation by Dr. Bremner (Medicine department chair) and Dr. Broudy (HMC) to discuss the past, present, and future of EM here in Seattle. Progress has been made and more developments are on the horizon.

2. A presentation by Dr. Susan Prommes from San Francisco will share the "UCSF experience" of founding a new EM residency. UCSF is one of the newest EM programs in the country and recently matched their first residency class this year (including a student from the UW).

Join us in showing our strong interest in EM and the need to have a residency program here in Seattle!
